Unique custom design 14kt yellow gold ring, handmade design. This ring has a very unique oval genuine 1.4 carat cabochon sapphire in a bezel setting giving extra security on the stone mounting. The center stone is oval and measures approximately 5 x 7 mm and the entire head is approximately 14.5mm length and 10.5mm width.
